Kenzie did an amazing job keeping me up To speed on the warranty work being done on my truck. Second time in for the same issue. They dug deeper and found the real issue the other dealership couldn’t or wouldn’t find. Amazing group

They kept me notified of thr progress of my service work.

Oil change with my own oil and filter. Done in a timely manner and relatively inexpensive. Tried to schedule it online, but the new website process is not user friendly. Called instead and JJ took care of me. 👍

Great experience from start to finish! Jim was so helpful and professional and and took the time to answer my questions and resolve any issues (which were minor).

Staff was great. Upon arrival I was told I’d need to make appointment in order to them to order the recall part needed. They checked and had the part I needed and everything was fixed in less than 45 minutes. Not many car dealerships would have took the time to check for a part needed. This was my second time working with Hobson and they have excellent service!!
